4. Dr Leo Aesthetic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

Dr Leo Kah Woon’s practice publishes a double eyelid surgery guide covering suture and incisional approaches. The guide discusses why thinner lids with little excess skin may be considered differently from heavier lids. Its wider eyelid information distinguishes crease creation from other procedures, including ptosis correction.

Before booking: Clarify whether the concern is the crease, excess skin, a low eyelid position or a combination.

5. AZATACA Plastic Surgery

AZATACA Plastic Surgery lists double eyelid creation among its eye procedures, alongside excess eyelid skin treatment, ptosis surgery and epicanthoplasty. The practice names plastic surgeons Dr Christopher Chui, Dr Mohamed Zulfikar Rasheed and Dr Terence Goh. How this list is selected

The clinics were selected because their public information identifies a Singapore plastic surgery practice, a named plastic surgeon and double eyelid surgery services. The comparison considers the clarity of published information about techniques, suitability, practitioner background, risks, aftercare and prices. It is a selected comparison, not an exhaustive directory of every eligible clinic.

The order reflects editorial judgement about the information available to a reader considering consultation. It does not establish that one clinic is safer or achieves better clinical outcomes than another. No numerical scoring formula or independently audited comparison of patient outcomes is used. Missing public information is a limitation, not evidence that a service is unavailable or unsafe. Read our Editorial, Ranking and Funding Policy.

Published treatment prices

Allure Plastic Surgery’s double eyelid surgery page lists stitch surgery from S$2,888 and incisional surgery from S$4,500. These are advertised starting prices checked on 10 October 2026, not an individual quotation. Confirm whether GST, consultation, anaesthesia, facility fees, medication and follow-up are included.

A comparable all-inclusive price was not established for every clinic in this review. Ask for a written quotation identifying the procedure, operating surgeon, anaesthesia, surgical facility, postoperative visits and any separate revision charges. A starting price is not a like-for-like cost comparison or a measure of quality.

Suitability and risks

Monolids and double eyelids are normal anatomical variations. Surgery to create a crease is a personal choice. Assessment should consider skin and fat, crease preferences, existing asymmetry, eyelid position, dry eyes and previous surgery. A low eyelid position or excess skin may require a different assessment from crease creation alone.

Suture methods are still surgery and the crease can weaken or disappear. Incisional methods also carry risks and do not guarantee a particular appearance. Possible complications include bleeding, scarring, asymmetry, changes in eyelid position, dry-eye symptoms and difficulty closing the eyes. Further surgery may be needed. Recovery and final crease appearance vary between patients. Source: American Academy of Ophthalmology EyeWiki, Asian Blepharoplasty (Double Eyelid Procedure).

Funding and corrections

No clinic can pay for editorial inclusion or position, evidence grades or a favourable verdict. A paid profile is labelled “Sponsored enhanced profile” and adds factual practitioner, service, location and contact details.

To report a factual error, email Joy@laverneholdings.com with the clinic name, the passage concerned and a supporting source. Substantial corrections and ranking changes will be dated on this page.
