Overview

This list compares ten selected clinics in an editorial order. A position is an opinion, not a numerical score or a measured difference in clinical results.

Introduction

Frown lines are the creases between the eyebrows, often called the “11 lines”. They may appear with expression or remain visible at rest. Use this comparison to prepare for a consultation about suitability, risks, follow-up and cost. For background, read our Frown Lines review and treatment guide.

How this list is selected

This is a selected editorial comparison, not an exhaustive directory. The entries compare available information about relevant services, practitioners, suitability, risks and pricing. The order is an editorial preference; it does not establish that one clinic is safer or achieves better clinical outcomes than another. No numerical scoring formula is used.

Where public information is limited, the gap is stated. It is not evidence that a clinic is unsafe or that a service is unavailable. Read our Editorial, Ranking and Funding Policy.

Published treatment prices

Assurance Skin, Laser & Aesthetics lists frown-line injections at S$150–340 before GST, varying with the quantity injected. Source: Anti-Wrinkle/Neurotoxin Injection, checked 10 October 2026.

Lumine Dermatology & Laser Clinic lists upper-face botulinum toxin at S$350 for one area, with the glabella among the examples. Confirm GST, consultation and review charges directly. Source: Botulinum Toxin Injections in Singapore, checked 10 October 2026.

These prices are not a like-for-like cost ranking. Ask for a written quotation covering the product, proposed quantity, treatment area, consultation, GST and follow-up. Per-unit, per-area and promotional prices may cover different things.

Suitability and risks

Botulinum toxin temporarily reduces muscle activity that contributes to expression lines. A crease visible at rest may also involve skin changes, so complete removal should not be assumed. Assessment should consider the pattern of the lines, brow and eyelid position, previous treatment and medical history.

Possible side effects include bruising, redness, swelling, headache and temporary asymmetry or eyelid or brow drooping. Discuss medicines, previous reactions and relevant health conditions with the treating doctor. Any additional procedure needs its own explanation of benefits, limitations and risks. Funding and corrections

No clinic can pay for editorial inclusion or position, evidence grades or a favourable verdict. A paid profile is labelled “Sponsored enhanced profile” and adds factual practitioner, service, location and contact details.

To report a factual error, email Joy@laverneholdings.com with the clinic name, the passage concerned and a supporting source. Substantial corrections and ranking changes will be dated on this page.

Sources and limitations

View sources

Sources are identified by title beside each clinic entry. These are primarily clinics’ own descriptions; they do not independently establish treatment quality or comparative outcomes. This comparison does not use audited patient outcomes or a standardised clinic trial. TLC Lifestyle Practice’s public treatment information is limited. Confirm current services, practitioners and prices directly before booking.
